Katherine shares her extensive career in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities secure employment, find necessary resources, and creatively navigate complex systems.

She also discusses her personal experiences raising her daughter Mikelle, who has special needs and is nonverbal. Together, Katherine and Mikelle host the Shining Beautiful Series podcast, which focuses on the power of storytelling and advocacy for people with disabilities.
